For Spring/Summer 2024, A Liberty Kaleidoscope takes us on the most vivid journey of all – through the rainbow, into a prismatic universe of colour. For this collection the Liberty Fabrics designers engaged with print’s most elemental pigments, assembled here into four compelling stories: ‘Spectrum’, ‘Red’, ‘Blue’ and ‘Yellow’. The collection explores the cultural, natural and historical components that make up the light and shade of everything around us, taking us into the heart of each hue. Join us to become immersed in kaleidoscopic colour, unlike anything we’ve done before.

A large-scale version of Love Links, this smart geometric is formed from interlocking heart motifs. Inspired by the popular ‘love knot’ designs which adorned romantic tokens in the Victorian period, the artwork is painted in soft watercolour with a traditional mirroring repeat. This print is part of the Red story of our Spring/Summer 2024 collection with designs drawing from the colour’s millennia-spanning history as feature of prehistoric paintings, and one of humanity’s first symbols of love, life and vitality.

The design is printed by experts in Italy onto our elegant, reflective 16 momme Belgravia silk satin – a fabric prized for its lustrous drape and fluidity, along with its luminously high-shine surface. Construct it into eveningwear pieces such as sheath gowns, or use it to create opulently wearable daytime designs like wrap dresses and flowing shirting.
